Group Curator and Administrator

Of the Charter Members of The Polymathic Institute who are P.E.N. Members, more than half will likely be curating and administering a group at Polymathica.  This will be a part-time obligation that can earn 500,000 USD or more within five years.  It makes a good foundation for their finely crafted life. It is easy to start now, can start creating income within months and grow briskly.

While there are many routes to maturity, this will likely be the most common.

To Do List
  1. Choose a group topic and create a blog in either Blogger or Wordpress
  2. Create your related Polymathica Group and Forum.
  3. Use existing Social Media and contact lists to recruit people into your group.
  4. Place an ad on your blog leading people to your group
  5. Write blog posts and use keywords to SEO
  6. Do a Kickstarter campaign.  Pay yourself back for your P.E.N. prepayment and use the remainder to recruit group members.
  7. Monetize your blog with your own offerings.  These could be premium memberships, related products, a topic specific book, a video.  Essentially whatever suits your personality.
  8. Post in your group and e-mail members to keep them active.  Remember, you live on pageviews.
If you really are strapped for cash so much that you can't start the process with your working capital, create your blog and do the Kickstarter.  However, remember, when you do your crowdfunding, your group members are a valuable source.

If your crowdfunding raises enough money to exceed your 720 contribution, you can likely gain equity in Polymathica.com by contributing to that crowdfunding. This will not only speed up the growth of your enterprise, it will give you potential for significant capital gains and future income.

The median D15IQ of Polymathicans is expected to be around 134, so the most successful group administrators will likely have D15IQs of about 150.  However, some groups will require more or less intellectual effort from the administrators.  For example, a gardening group may do just fine with an administrator with an IQ <140.  A Philosophy Group may require an administrator with an IQ >160.  So, there is room, if not for all, for many Polymathicans with many different abilities and interests.

As a rough estimate, you should be able to build a group of about 6,000,000X10/200=300,000.  You are curator and administrator.  You will receive 40% of the ad revenue from pageviews and you can control the number of pageviews by your posts and comments.  If you create an average of 10 pageviews per week, your income from group and forum might be 300,000X10X52X.008X.4=499,300USD.

You will keep all your ad revenue from your blog.  If you monetize to $8/M pageviews and you write one 5 page article per week that gets a 25% read, you might get 300,000X5X52X.008X.25=156,000 USD.

If, for example, you write an e-book that nets you $7 per sale and 20% of your group buys, you might get an additional 420,000 USD.

These three income sources total 1,075,300 USD per year.  It should be obvious that results will vary substantially, and this income is predicated upon reaching the assumptions used.

Right now, it will not be very difficult to get a group approved.  However, once we fill up, it will be extremely difficult.  So, time, as they say, is of the essence on this one.
